yes internships

connecting talented students with talented organizations.

The YES Internship Program gives undergraduates from across the nation the opportunity to intern with one of our 150+ affiliated start-ups, who range from pre-seed companies to those currently financing a Series C. Through our program, students can help build a start-up from scratch while working with experienced entrepreneurs who are experts in their space. As they live and breathe the startup experience, our participants learn the ins-and-outs of building a product to scale while collaborating with a small, innovative, and close-knit team.

Our affiliate start-ups receive interns who are not only qualified and experienced but are also passionate about your company’s mission and long-term goals. Joining the YES Internship Program network allows start-ups to recruit students from universities such as Yale, Harvard, and UC Berkeley with no financial burden; we only ask that our partners truly take the time and effort to mentor our interns.

our team knows the struggle.

Let’s be honest, landing an internship is hard. Our team knows this. Our team wants to fix this. We have connected with over 8 start-ups in industries ranging from apparel to clean energy to provide business-oriented and technical internships for undergraduates.

We started at Yale, but our team wants to help university students nationwide. The YES Internship Program is expanding from Yale to other campuses! Our network includes start-ups founded by Harvard, Stanford, and UC Berkeley alumni — students at these schools are strongly encouraged to apply.

international students.

important notice.

Unfortunately, international students are unable to participate in the YES Internship Program without work authorization in the United States. Despite the fact that many of the internships we provide are unpaid, unpaid work still requires work authorization; furthermore, many of the internships we offer do not qualify as volunteer work, so this condition still applies.
