The VC Opportunities Fellowship (VC Ops) is an extremely selective (< 5%) and diverse training program that teaches students about the VC Industry. Our VC Ops Fellows work closely with Partners at Greylock, Xontogeny, The Artemis Fund, Golden Seeds, and others. We help develop a deep understanding of VC across various industries and fund sizes as prep for more hands-on experiences.

how it works

  1. A spot is reserved for project work, mentorship, and budget at a VC firm for students referred by the VC Opportunities program.

  2. VC Opportunities applicants undergo a thorough screening process, including a written application and a series of interviews where we look for cultural fit, enthusiasm, motivation, and track record.

  3. We refer Yale’s best students — chosen from a highly selective, curated talent pool — to work on short-term projects and develop relationships at top VC firms. Students will be experienced and have interests aligned with your firm's goals.
